In Naples, Dara O’Briain explores the story of Mount Vesuvius and its 79AD eruption.
Dara O’Briain continues his journey across Italy to uncover the secrets and science of volcanoes. He travels to mainland Italy and, with the help of volcanologist Dougal Jerram, learns about a deadly phenomenon known as a pyroclastic flow. In Naples, he explores the story of Mount Vesuvius and its 79AD eruption, discovering that the volcano is not the most dangerous in the region.
