During the Industrial Revolution, canals were the lifeblood of British commerce. Once road and rail were introduced, the canals fell into disrepair. Now these waterways are often used by holiday makers and a few hardy souls who actually live on the water. One of these is Robbie Cumming who shares his life onboard his narrowboat the Naughty Lass, as he travels England’s waterways.
